Vanshika Gupta's family had seven days in Thailand, and they used every bit of it well. She traveled with her parents, Shipra and Neeraj, and her brother Siddhant, starting in Krabi and ending in Phuket.

There was a bump though along the way, a mix-up over the hotels, but it barely left a mark on the trip itself. By the time the trip week wrapped up, Vanshika was thanking the Thrillophilia team for making the whole thing come together.

Seven days split between Krabi and Phuket with the family and having such an amazing experience altogether, enjoying every moment so gracefully cannot be damaged by just one hotel mix-up, by the end of it, a thank you that sounded like she meant every word of it.

Here's a glimpse of Vanshika's unforgettable Thailand adventure with Thrillophilia

Touching Down In Krabi

The family flew into Phuket International Airport on May 15 and were driven straight up the coast to Krabi Heritage Hotel, two nights booked with breakfast included. Krabi was the right place to get started for the trip. Slower streets, fewer crowds, nothing demanding attention the moment they walked in tired from the flight.

"My experience with Thrillophilia in the beginning was great," Vanshika said, and that held true right through the Krabi leg. Two nights with nowhere to be, a chance to actually settle before the rest of the week caught up with them.

Settling In At Andakira, Phuket

Vanshika took a refreshing break and soaked in the laid-back charm of Thailand

On May 17, a private SUV picked the family up and carried them south to Phuket for the longer stretch of the trip, four nights at Andakira. This was the part built for slowing down. Mornings with breakfast, days left open, nothing scheduled that would have rushed Shipra and Neeraj through their own holiday.

The Hotel Mix-Up, And What Came After It

Premium poolside stay for Vanshika's Thailand trip

"It became a little rocky in the middle because there was a little confusion with the hotels," Vanshika admitted, and she brought it up herself, unasked. Coordinating two properties for four adults across a multi-city itinerary leaves room for exactly that kind of wire to get crossed.

What changed things was what happened next. Thrillophilia's team didn't go quiet on her. "They were in touch with me, they kept reviewing me, the hotels, the travel, everything was on time," she said, and by the time the family actually reached Krabi Heritage Hotel and later Andakira, the confusion had already been worked through. "I did not face any issues whatsoever over there," she added. "The service that was provided by the company was incredible."

Why This Is The Trip That Earns Trust Back

Ask what actually makes a family trust a travel company again after a rough patch, and it's rarely the itinerary on paper. It's what happens when something goes sideways. For Vanshika's trip, that came down to Bibi, the Thailand destination expert assigned to the booking, staying on top of the hotel confusion until there was nothing left unresolved.

"Every detail was well curated and very well organized," Vanshika said of the trip once it was underway, and that's really the whole answer. Not a promise that nothing will ever go wrong during planning, because sometimes it does. A promise that someone stays on it until it's fixed, and that the family gets to spend their week on holiday instead of managing one.

A Trip Worth Thanking Thrillophilia For

Back home after seven days, Vanshika didn't mince words. "Thank you team Thrillophilia for making my Thailand trip so successful," she said. Not a polished line for a review page, it is just a family that had a bumpy start, watched it get handled, and came home with the kind of trip they'd talk about afterward.
